Heat the grill to high heat (250°C-220°C) and grill the meatball for about 15 minutes until brown. It is recommended to turn several times.

It is recommended to check the internal temperature in the center of the burger using an internal thermometer. The desired temperature is 72°C.
Preparation in a pan

Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan to medium heat (170°C). Add the hamburger and fry for about 5 minutes in a covered pan. At the end of 5 minutes, remove the lid, turn the patty over and continue frying for another 10 minutes.

It is recommended to turn several times.
