As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our production plant in Best, you will be the key point of contact for all site HR matters and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of Redefine Meat. Your mission: to partner with leaders and team, growing into a site leadership role and support our transformation from startup to scale-up, driving HR initiatives that fuel our growth and support our diverse, high-performing workforce.

Your challenge

  • As the key site point of contact for HR, you will partner closely with line management to proactively identify organizational needs and implement impactful HR solutions, growing into a site leadership role.
  • Identify and drive the unique culture of Redefine Meat, fostering an environment where employees feel fully engaged and connected.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Anticipate and plan FTE needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting workforce scalability.
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation processes to create a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
  • Lead the capability development plan to bring the performance to the next level and meet current and future standards
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks, especially around areas like absenteeism, conflict resolution, and employee terminations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and employees, and ensuring a compliant, healthy work environment.
  • Nurture and invest in our diverse cultures, celebrating variety and inclusion across the site.
  • Lead HR projects as identified to fuel growth and drive Redefine Meat’s mission forward.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in Food
  • Bilingual (English/Dutch)
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and a strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and compliance.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to take full ownership and responsibility for HR functions at the site level, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting operational success.
  • Positive attitude & team player with high energy levels.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong influencing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with an
  • attention to detail approach
  • Ability to take initiative, be flexible and embrace and drive change.
  • High integrity and accuracy
